does adding sugar to your green tea makes any difference?in a good or bad way for fat loss?

The sugar is just going to create more fat. While you might get a sugar buzz and burn more calories, you're going to retain even more calories when you come off the buzz. I don't recommend adding sugar to your tea for weight loss.

Hey, iHealthTube, if I empty the tea bag into a blender and blend it into a drink along with other ingredients I like, would it be as effective as conventional brewing?

Definitely!
I heard that an infusion of green tea gives you only 15 to 20% of the benefits of the leaves.

Adding the plant itself to the drink gives you a 100% of the plant benefits since you eat the whole plant instead of a mere infusion.

I use Matcha powder which is green tea leaves in powder that I add to hot water. The taste is stronger, but so are the benefits!!
